Welcome to The Embodied Warrior! By using this website and participating in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully, as these terms are designed to protect both you and The Embodied Warrior.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website immediately.

          2. Use of Website

This website is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any content without written permission from The Embodied Warrior. Any misuse of this website, including hacking or attempting to compromise its functionality, is strictly prohibited.

          3. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on this website, including but not limited to logos, images, text, and videos, are owned by The Embodied Warrior. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.

          4. Payment and Cancellation Policy

For any services, mentorships, programs, or retreats:

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Refunds and cancellations are subject to the following:
    • Cancellations up to 6 months prior to the start date: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
    • Cancellations between 6 and 3 months prior: 30% of the total program cost will be charged as a cancellation fee (minus the deposit).
    • Cancellations between 3 and 1 month prior: 50% of the total program cost will be charged as a cancellation fee (minus the deposit).
    • Cancellations within 1 month prior: No refunds will be issued, and 100% of the program cost will be charged.

Participants asked to leave for destructive behavior (including but not limited to alcohol/drug use, bullying, or violence) will not be eligible for any refund. Payment plans will be halted, but no additional refunds will be provided.

          5. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

The services and content provided by The Embodied Warrior are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your health or wellness.

          6. Limitation of Liability

The Embodied Warrior is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website, services, or programs. All participation is at the user’s own risk.

          7. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is collected, stored, and used in accordance with Maryland State Laws. By using this website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the policy.

          8. Community Guidelines

Participants in mentorships, programs, and retreats are expected to behave respectfully toward other attendees, instructors, and staff. Violations of this policy, including disruptive or inappropriate behavior, may result in removal from the program without a refund.

          9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, USA and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maryland, USA. 

          10. Updates to Terms

The Embodied Warrior reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
