A Comprehensive Approach to Sound Facilitation
Â
Understand how sound, vibration, rhythm, frequency, repetition, and silence can influence the body and nervous system. You’ll learn to make intentional facilitation choices rather than relying on louder instruments, more stimulation, or emotional release as measures of an effective experience.
The Art of Facilitation + Embodied Space-Holding
Â
Develop the presence, confidence, and practical skills to guide meaningful one-to-one and group experiences. Explore instrument technique, sequencing, pacing, transitions, trauma-aware language, ethical boundaries, and how to hold space without attempting to manufacture a particular outcome.
From Practitioner to Professional
Â
Learn how to translate your training into a clear, aligned offering—whether you want to incorporate sound into an existing wellness practice or create standalone sessions, sound baths, workshops, and community experiences. You’ll leave with more than a certification: you’ll have a foundation for sharing this work responsibly and sustainably.
This Training Is More Than Learning How to Play Instruments
Beautiful sound alone does not make someone a skilled practitioner.
Responsible sound facilitation requires an understanding of how sound affects the body and nervous system, how to intentionally structure an experience, and how to hold space without attempting to manufacture a specific outcome.
Throughout this 50-hour training, you’ll explore the science, art, and responsibility of sound healing while developing your own authentic approach to the work.
Â
You’ll learn how to:
-
Understand the foundations of sound, vibration, resonance, and nervous-system regulation
-
Work intentionally with instruments, silence, rhythm, repetition, pacing, and intensity
-
Design cohesive one-to-one and group sound experiences
-
Facilitate with greater confidence, presence, and purpose
-
Apply trauma-aware language, ethical practices, and appropriate scope of practice
-
Create safer, more inclusive spaces for a range of participants
-
Integrate sound into an existing wellness practice or begin developing a standalone offering
-
Move beyond simply playing instruments to becoming a grounded and responsible space-holder
