  • This will be a peaceful weekend retune on the shores of Cape Charles where we will focus on feeling good, moving our bodies, clearing negative energies, and connecting to our dharma while experiencing the joy of the area.

  • This will be a 6 day/5 night retreat set in the iconic city of Tulum, MX (January 9 - 14th)
  • Come experience what it feels like to be fully liberated basking in the warm rays of the Mexican sun.
  • Spending your days filled with yoga, meditation, and excursions to the most magical Mayan Ruins, breathtaking Cenotes, and more.
